Project Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management for multiple construction projects including; plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain communication with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
- Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings.
- Responsible for bidding and buying scopes of work with all project drawings using BuilderTrend.
- Ensure that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction including quality control and budget communication.
- Collaborate with Superintendent and Interior designer.
- Utilize BuilderTrend software effectively.
