Responsibilities:
- Full Site Oversight: Manage all onsite personnel and subcontractors from planning to final implementation.
- Tech-Driven Management: Use Procore for daily logs, RFI management, and photo documentation.
- Scheduling: Maintain strict project timelines using MS Project.
- Liaison: Interface directly with architects, engineers, city officials, and clients.
- Quality Control: Enforce high workmanship standards that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications (Vetting Criteria):
- Certification: Active OSHA 30 Construction Safety certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Commercial Construction Management (Medical, Office, or Retail preferred).
- Software: Proven proficiency in Procore and MS Project.
- Reliability: Ability to report to Garner-area job sites by 6:30 AM daily.
- Leadership: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
