Concrete Estimator
Concrete Company based in the Reno area is currently seeking and Estimator/Project Manager with experience in concrete construction projects.
Key Duties & Reposibilities:
- Bid concrete projects
- Generate Estimates and Change Orders
- Must be able to read blueprints and drawings
- Manage Projects to ensure jobs come in on budget
- Perform other related duties as required such as scheduling, ensuring a safe workplace, and quality construction.
- Attend job walks with customers
Desired Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience with bidding projects in the commercial concrete construction industry
- Concrete background with structural construction experience is required
- Computer skills in MS Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks
- OSHA 30 and General safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills
