- Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative services; evaluate vendor performance for quality and cost-efficiency
- Maintain safe, clean, and compliant facilities and grounds; enforce workplace safety standards and support compliance with OSHA, fire codes, and local regulations
- Proactively identify and address safety risks and potential hazards
- Support store and company events by coordinating logistics, transporting materials from warehouse locations, and assisting with setup, breakdown, and operational readiness
- Ensure all event-related infrastructure (fixtures, lighting, etc.) is properly installed and functioning
- Track and manage facility budgets and expenses; process invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely vendor payments
- Utilize company systems to manage work orders, documentation, reporting, and maintenance records (including contracts and service schedules)
- Act as a cross-functional partner to store leadership and corporate teams, stepping in as needed to support overall operational continuity
- Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented, and “can-do” approach to all facility needs
- Perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations and overall business continuity.
