What will you do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate at Diamond Cellar?
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing packages, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring insurance is processed for all applicable shipments.

What will you do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate at Diamond Cellar?
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing packages, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring insurance is processed for all applicable shipments.
- Open incoming packages and route to appropriate personnel.
- Match merchandise to purchase orders and job envelopes.
- Record all delivery and outgoing mail/packages as needed.
- Prepare all outgoing packages via designated method.
- Ensure that adequate insured value is identified and insurance obtained and confirmed for items being shipped regardless of who owns the item (customer repair, Diamond Cellar inventory).
- Maintain FedEx shipping system and supplies.
- Maintain postage meter and supplies.
- Maintain mailing supplies and stamps.
- Daily preparation/dispersal of the shuttle between Sawmill and Easton.
- Assist with appropriate projects, research, and other duties as requested.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Experience with shipping and receiving, preferred
- Strong Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking with ability to prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills
