What will you do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate at Diamond Cellar?

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing packages, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring insurance is processed for all applicable shipments.

• Open incoming packages and route to appropriate personnel.
• Match merchandise to purchase orders and job envelopes.
• Record all delivery and outgoing mail/packages as needed.
• Prepare all outgoing packages via designated method.
• Ensure that adequate insured value is identified and insurance obtained and confirmed for items being shipped regardless of who owns the item (customer repair, Diamond Cellar inventory).
• Maintain FedEx shipping system and supplies.
• Maintain postage meter and supplies.
• Maintain mailing supplies and stamps.
• Daily preparation/dispersal of the shuttle between Sawmill and Easton.
• Assist with appropriate projects, research, and other duties as requested.
• Other related duties as assigned.
