About the Role

The Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation, clearly explaining treatment recommendations, and confidently presenting financial options.

This is not a basic front desk role. It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort discussing payment options.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required for this position.

Core Responsibilities

• Educate patients on the long-term benefits of orthodontic care

• Clearly explain treatment plans in simple, confident language

• Present financial options and insurance information professionally

• Support patients in making informed decisions

• Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow

• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff

• Uphold a clean, professional, patient-centered environment

What We Expect

• Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays

• Commitment to long-term growth (not a short-term position)

Schedule

This is a full time position 
(Some evenings and Saturdays required)

Local travel between offices may be required.
