The Firm

Diamond Acquisitions is a Dallas-Fort Worth based real estate investment firm and technology company specializing in the origination and distribution of off-market residential properties across Texas. Through a direct-to-owner acquisition model, the firm identifies and contracts residential opportunities outside traditional brokerage channels and distributes them to a verified network of more than 12,000 active investors through a proprietary SaaS marketplace and native iOS application.

The Opportunity

This is a client-facing advisory role with direct accountability for investor relationships, transaction volume, and revenue generation. The position carries meaningful autonomy, significant earning potential, and a clear performance mandate.

Advisors at Diamond serve as the primary point of contact for an active investor clientele, guiding capital deployment decisions across a live inventory of off-market Texas residential properties. The role demands intellectual rigor, professional discipline, and the kind of relentless client focus that distinguishes top performers in any competitive environment.

For the right individual, this is not simply a position. It is a foundation.


Compensation

Diamond operates a performance-based compensation model with uncapped earnings potential. In recognition of the investment required to develop a high-caliber advisor, the firm provides a structured onboarding period during which guaranteed base compensation is in place for the first four months. Upon completion of the onboarding program, compensation is fully performance-driven with no ceiling on earnings.

Period- Compensation Structure Months 1 through 4: Guaranteed Base Compensation with Performance Bonuses. Month 5 and Beyond100% Performance-Based, Fully Uncapped Documented Annual Range$75,000 to $200,000 . Earnings Ceiling: None


Compensation is a direct function of client relationships developed, opportunities presented, and transactions closed. The firm's top performers do not negotiate their income. They produce it.


The Platform

Diamond Advisors are supported by institutional-grade technology infrastructure that distinguishes the firm from every traditional competitor in this space.

The Diamond Acquisitions Marketplace is a live SaaS portal and iOS application through which verified investors access over 50 off-market Texas properties per month the moment the firm places them under contract. Every deal page includes pre-populated ARV analysis, rehab cost estimates, and integrated flip, rental, and hold calculators. Investors submit offers directly within the platform, receive responses within four business hours, and close through single-contract assignments managed by a dedicated transaction coordinator.

There is no subscription cost to the investor. There are no exclusivity requirements. There are no double closings. Investors transact at title — on closing day and not before.

The technology exists to create certainty, velocity, and transparency for every party in the transaction. It is the advisor's most powerful tool.


Core Responsibilities

Advisors are expected to operate with the focus and professionalism consistent with a performance-driven institution. Responsibilities include the following.

Build and maintain a personal book of active real estate investors across Texas markets, with a focus on long-term relationship development and repeat transaction volume. Onboard prospective clients onto the Diamond Marketplace and iOS application, guiding them through platform capabilities, live inventory, and investment analysis tools. Present off-market acquisition opportunities with investment-grade context, market data, and the professional precision our clientele expects. Evaluate opportunities alongside clients using the platform's integrated financial calculators and provide sound, well-reasoned advisory guidance. Manage each client relationship through the complete transaction lifecycle from initial engagement through a closed assignment. Maintain a disciplined, high-activity pipeline with rigorous follow-up cadence and an uncompromising standard of client service. Develop fluency in Texas residential market dynamics, property valuation methodology, and capital deployment strategy. Collaborate with internal acquisition and transaction coordination teams to ensure a seamless client experience on every transaction.


Candidate Profile

Professionals who consistently perform at the highest level in high-accountability, performance-based environments translate exceptionally well to this role. Backgrounds that have historically produced strong Diamond advisors include recent university graduates who are analytically capable, deeply competitive, and prepared to outperform their peers from day one; sales professionals from the solar, automotive, and direct-to-consumer sectors who have built their earnings through prospecting, relationship management, and disciplined closing execution; licensed real estate agents who have reached the ceiling of a commission-split model and are prepared to retain the full value of their production; and technology or SaaS sales professionals who understand complex products, communicate ROI with precision, and build durable client relationships over time.

What these profiles share is more important than where they come from: high personal accountability, competitive intensity, professional maturity, and the understanding that income is not given — it is produced.


Qualifications

Strong candidates will demonstrate the following: exceptional written and verbal communication skills consistent with a client-facing advisory standard; a measurable record of performance in a competitive, results-oriented environment; the ability to absorb complex information quickly and apply it with sound judgment; an entrepreneurial orientation balanced by the discipline and professionalism the role demands; and a long-term perspective on client relationships and career development.

Candidates must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area or prepared to relocate prior to start. A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required. All advisors operate as 1099 independent contractors.

Prior experience in real estate is welcomed but not required. The firm values aptitude, coachability, and work ethic above credentials or prior industry exposure.
