Are you an experienced aesthetic injector looking for more than just another treatment room?

We’re looking for a confident, clinically skilled NP, PA, or RN Injector who is ready to build a loyal patient following, deliver exceptional aesthetic results, and expand into the growing field of wellness medicine.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a provider who already has strong hands-on injecting experience and is ready to grow their skills, income, and career alongside an expanding practice.

Compensation

• NP/PA: $50/hour base, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives
• Skilled RN Injector: $40/hour base, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives
• Additional bonus opportunities based on performance and practice growth

What You'll Do

As a provider on our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and practice growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and related neuromodulator and filler services.
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs.
• Perform advanced services such as microneedling, IV therapy, laser, and IPL treatments, as applicable to your credentials and training.
• Build long-term patient relationships through education, follow-up, exceptional service, and consistent results.
• Develop and maintain a loyal personal patient following.
• Learn and implement wellness services including hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides, and related treatments, within your professional scope.
• Work closely with practice leadership to identify opportunities for service growth and improvement.
• Represent the practice professionally and contribute to a positive, patient-focused brand experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong hands-on experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and aesthetic treatments.
• Is confident leading patients through consultations and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Focuses on quality, natural-looking results, patient trust, and long-term retention — not simply treatment volume.
• Is motivated to build and retain a strong patient following.
• Is comfortable maintaining a professional presence that supports the practice's brand and community.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-performance clinical environment.
• Is excited to expand into wellness medicine.
• Has wellness experience or a genuine interest in learning hormone therapy, medical weight management, and peptide protocols.

Qualifications

• Active NP, PA, or RN license in Ohio required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required.
• Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, natural-looking results.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain one prior to start, if required for the position's wellness and prescribing responsibilities.
• Experience with wellness services such as hormone therapy or medical weight management is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to learn wellness protocols is required.
