NP/PA: $60–$80/hour, based on directly relevant experience performance incentives
MD/DO: Compensation based on experience, clinical scope, and schedule
Monday–Friday Daytime Schedule | No Weekends

11 North Aesthetics is hiring a Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, MD, or DO to join our growing boutique wellness and medical aesthetics practice in Fernandina Beach, serving Amelia Island and the greater Jacksonville area.

This is an opportunity for an experienced aesthetic injector, wellness provider, hormone-therapy provider, medical weight-loss provider, or a clinically strong provider excited to build a career in medical aesthetics, wellness, and elective medicine.

Previous experience with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF/PRP, or other aesthetic injectables is strongly preferred. However, we are open to a provider with strong clinical skills, an excellent patient presence, and a genuine interest in growing an aesthetics-focused patient base.

• Conduct wellness and aesthetics consultations; review patient history, goals, medications, and lab results

• Develop individualized treatment plans within practice protocols and applicable scope of practice

• Manage wellness, hormone optimization, medical-weight-loss, GLP-1, peptide, and follow-up care, as clinically appropriate

• Provide and/or grow into aesthetic injectable services based on training, experience, clinic protocols, and patient demand

• Build trusted, long-term patient relationships through education, follow-up, and personalized care

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinic team to grow a high-quality wellness and aesthetics program

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and help create an elevated, polished patient experience

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience

• DEA registration, or ability to obtain one before the start date, as applicable

• Experience or strong interest in medical aesthetics, aesthetic injectables, medspa, Botox, fillers, wellness, HRT/BHRT/TRT, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, GLP-1s, peptides, functional medicine, primary care, dermatology, plastic surgery, urgent care, women’s health, or men’s health

• Comfortable conducting consultations, reviewing labs, educating patients, prescribing within scope, and managing follow-up care

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and patient-education skills

• Interest in helping grow a patient-focused wellness and aesthetics practice

• Able to work full-time and on-site in Fernandina Beach, FL

• Build a wellness and aesthetic patient base without the cost or administrative burden of ownership

• Work in a boutique, relationship-driven environment with Medical Director support and established clinic infrastructure

• Help shape a growing program, patient experience, and service mix

• Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends
