About the Practice

Our practice is recognized for delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while prioritizing patient safety, education, and satisfaction. We are committed to helping clients look and feel their best through customized treatment plans and the latest aesthetic and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.) and dermal fillers
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and pre- and post-treatment care
• Perform aesthetic procedures using laser and energy-based devices (will train if necessary)
• Provide wellness and body contouring services, including Emsculpt, CoolSculpting, IV vitamin therapy, and weight management treatments (will train if necessary)
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
• Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and social media content when needed
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences that foster long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Required

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic injectables, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and consultation skills

Preferred

• Experience with energy-based devices and laser treatments
• Experience in weight management programs and/or IV therapy
• Strong ability to build patient trust, retention, and loyalty
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and ongoing professional development
