Our team is passionate about artistry, innovation, and results — and we’re seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Aesthetic Injector to join our expert provider team.

Position Summary

As an Aesthetic Injector, you will deliver safe, effective, and natural results through advanced aesthetic and dermatology procedures. This dual-skill role requires proficiency in cosmetic injecting (neurotoxins, fillers, biostimulatory products, PRF/PRP, etc.) as well as medical/procedural dermatology (skin biopsies, laser treatments, and other in-office procedures).

You’ll collaborate closely with our clinical team to create customized, comprehensive treatment plans that reflect our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized aesthetic and dermatology treatment plans.

• Perform a variety of injectable treatments including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, and PRF/PRP.

• Perform procedural dermatology treatments including skin biopsies, laser treatments, and other in-office dermatologic procedures.

• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, skincare, and long-term treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow-up records.

• Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and safety best practices.

Requirements

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in New Jersey (required).

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a provider in both aesthetic injecting and procedural dermatology.

• Proficiency in full-face rejuvenation, facial balancing, and delivering natural results.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume medical aesthetic environment.

• Strong communication skills and ethical, confident bedside manner.

• Experience with advanced injectables, regenerative medicine, and laser devices strongly preferred.
