Sales and Marketing Trainee (Entry Level)
Location: Conway/Myrtle Beach Area
Job Type: Full-time, On-site, W-2, Immediate Hire
Pay: $600.00 - $1,250.00 per week

Position Summary: We are seeking motivated, career-driven individuals who are eager to build experience in face-to-face sales within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you’ll interact directly with customers in-store and promote our client's telecommunication and home entertainment products and services to match their needs and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sell products and services to customers in a retail environment.
- Engage customers through face-to-face interactions to identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales performance goals.
- Track customer interactions and contribute to team sales results.
- Work closely with management to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.
- Represent partner brands professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
