As we expand our U.S. operations, we’re looking for a detail oriented Quality Control specialist to join our team. This position requires close collaboration with our production and engineering departments, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
This is a full-time, in person position. Our offices are located in Hauppauge & Melville, New York.
Role Description
The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee quality control activities, ensuring that all products and kits meet established standards. Key duties include managing and leading day to day QC operations, conducting on-line and post packout inspections, uploading QC records in our server, implementing enhanced quality assurance procedures, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate product data, identify trends, and troubleshoot issues
- Previous experience in a pick and pack or warehouse environment is preferred
- Experience with producing QC documentation and reporting processes
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic data entry
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
