About the Role
Team members provide dialysis care or support in a patient’s home as part of a home hemodialysis program. Depending on your background, you may:

Fully perform dialysis treatments or assist with care during treatments

Set up, monitor, and clean dialysis equipment

Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs

Communicate observations and concerns with the nursing team

Support patients in a calm, private, one-on-one environment
