We are looking for:

Requirements:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse license in OR and WA.
- At least one year of acute or chronic dialysis experience.
- Have the physical ability to move a hemodialysis machine room to room when required.
- The flexibility to travel to multiple hospitals in a given area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- We prioritize delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate effectively with experienced technicians to perform dialysis for up to four patients in the hospital's dialysis suite.
- Prioritize patient education, ensuring effective communication and education delivery to patients and their significant others, always in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in seamless collaboration with the hospital's multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and experiences.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply multiple renal therapies, including continuous renal replacement and plasmapheresis.
- Our RNs typically work three days a week with two nights on call. Embrace flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understand the nature of a fluctuating patient census, acknowledging that occasional long days may occur. Our scheduling team works diligently to minimize extended shifts and prioritize employee well-being.
