Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking an experienced Home Nurse Specialist (RN) to help lead our Home Dialysis Program. As the Program Manager's key partner, you'll drive quality outcomes, support regulatory compliance, coordinate operations, and serve as a clinical resource for staff.
What You'll Do
- Monitor clinical outcomes and quality measures.
- Lead compliance, infection prevention, and survey readiness efforts.
- Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and daily operations.
- Analyze data and support QAPI initiatives.
- Provide clinical support and mentorship to staff.
Qualifications
Required:
- RN license in Nebraska or compact state (BSN preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- 2 years of dialysis nursing experience
Preferred:
- Home dialysis experience
- Experience with quality improvement, compliance, or leadership
- Knowledge of ESRD regulations and dialysis standards
