Dialog Cafe WEST HOLLYWOOD is looking for am Prep Cooks to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 8766 Holloway Drive West Hollywood
This position is in charge of roasting proteins, hashbrowns, and soft scramble cooking.
This job position requires availability from 5am -12:30pm. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THAT TIME THEN DO NO APPLY!!
Essential functions:
CONSISTENT EXECUTION of all PREP food items (following recipes, tasting product for quality)
Ability to multi-task and and maintain a clean workstation
Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only
Ability to follow directions and recipes is very important
Seeks knowledge of local California ingredients
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
