Position Summary: This position will support our portfolio by analyzing and troubleshooting network systems and software. The System Administrator handles a variety of projects to support, improve, and strategically move forward the organization’s systems and technology. A background in Microsoft products is essential for this role.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues on day-to-day essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Support services for technologies utilized by the company.
- Support end users and troubleshoot issues present in day-to-day operations.
- Assist with new technology to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Assist Director of Technology with growing and automating technology infrastructure
- Install, upgrade, and monitor software and hardware.
- Document all technical procedures and user guides.
- Respond to, resolve, and track help-desk tickets while improving customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches, and backup sensitive data.
- Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and status.
- Put process in place for the system and collaborate with Key Users to successfully launch, train on, and maintain a system.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and change management.
- Maintain internal documentation as support material for training.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 5 years proven work experience in IT.
- Certifications related to networking, Microsoft infrastructure, or modern desktops
- 3 years experience as Junior Systems Administrator or Super User
- Experience in front line team member support.
