Location: Columbia, SC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: 45-65k



Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Organize and support internal meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
  • Maintain confidential files, contacts, and documentation.
  • Assist with task prioritization and project coordination.

2. Internal IT Liaison Duties:

  • Serve as the point of contact between staff and internal/external IT support teams.
  • Track, document, and escalate IT service tickets; ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain internal IT inventory, user accounts, and basic onboarding/offboarding tasks.
  • Coordinate hardware and software provisioning, renewals, and license tracking.
  • Identify recurring tech issues and propose process or training improvements.
  • Support basic troubleshooting (e.g., login issues, printer connectivity, email setup).


Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or IT coordination roles.
  • Strong technical literacy (familiarity with common systems like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, ticketing platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate tech issues into layman's terms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working office work environment.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
  • Previous experience coordinating with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) or IT vendors.
