What You’ll Do
Prospect Engagement & Leasing Performance
Own the prospect experience from first contact to lease execution using phone, email, and SMS
Build instant rapport, identify needs quickly, and deliver tailored apartment solutions
Confidently present communities, amenities, pricing, and promotions to secure tours and leases
Create urgency through strategic follow-up and strong closing techniques
Maintain expert-level knowledge of availability, pricing, and market positioning
CRM, Data & Portfolio Support
Maintain meticulous CRM documentation and proactive follow-up scheduling
Serve as a CRM resource for onsite leasing teams—answering questions and troubleshooting
Encourage SMS opt-ins to accelerate communication and conversions
Ensure accuracy across property websites, pricing, fees, and availability
Performance Insights & Reporting
Monitor leasing activity and agent performance across the portfolio
Deliver clear, actionable reports and insights to leadership
Identify trends, training needs, and opportunities for improvement
Elevated Customer Service
Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries
Resolve concerns with confidence, discretion, and policy alignment
Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects excellence and trust
Collaboration & Leadership Presence
Partner seamlessly with onsite teams to transition prospects from inquiry to move-in
Model professionalism, accountability, and work ethic at all times
Maintain consistent, reliable attendance—this role depends on it
The Experience and Skillset That Sets You Apart
Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar) preferred
Advanced communication skills across phone, email, and SMS
Exceptional organization and time management skills in a high-volume environment
Ability to instill confidence and create urgency
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and modern web-based tools
A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to work independently
Availability to work occasionally on Saturdays
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
