Pest Control -Customer Service Representative
Experienced, proven, and well-spoken Customer Service Representative proficient at use of PestPac® Pest Management Industry Software. Full-Time position assisting our customers and service team located in East Hanover, New Jersey. 8:00AM- 4:00PM Monday- Friday (EST).
In-person placement and not available as a remote employee.

Job Requirements:
- PestPac® Software experience required
- 3 years minimum customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pre-Employment background and drug screening
- Team player
- Courteous
Helpful Credentials:
- Microsoft Word, Teams and Excel proficient
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer care via telephone and direct communications
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Update customer database
- Interact with new customer to build relationships
- Interact with our service team
- Post daily service work
- Process credit card information
- Post check payments via lockbox
- Support technical team in the field
