- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a similar setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
