Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services in patient's residence
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital
- Assist with prescribed medications
- Assist with client's personal care
- Monitor and report patient's vital signs, (temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Maintain patient's care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises if needed
- Meal preparations
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support
- Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid Driver's License or Photo ID, & or Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization
- Social Security Card
- HHA Certified or CNA License/Certification
- CPR - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- HIV/AIDS certificate
- Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication
- Alzheimer certificate
