What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chester County Prep Program Counselor position at Diakon?
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, instructing, coordinating, and supervising programs for youth enrolled in Day and Evening Programming including life space counseling & management.
- Assumes the responsibility of being a counselor/mentor to assigned youth; assists youth with accomplishing personal goals and developing a better sense of personal well being.
- Prepares a written summary of applicable work.
