The ideal candidate for this position
must be able to multitask, enjoy working in a small office environment with the ability to interact with staff (at all levels), remain flexible, be proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

 

Job Description:

  • Request W-9s from vendors as required.
  • Assist with weekly check runs.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of weekly invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Controller.
  • Provides general administrative support.
  • Dependable with a strong focus on customer service and time management.


Skills/Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role or combination of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills; proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work as a team member or independently.
  • Self-starter with initiative to learn new skills.
  • Positive work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability and desire to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with accounting department and other colleagues.


Job Type: Full-time


Hourly Rate: $25/hour


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.


Please note, this is an in-office position.
