Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, OH. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, including imaging service providers and healthcare organizations, by understanding their parts needs and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to part inquiries, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The Sales Account Manager will proactively generate new business through outreach, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and monitor customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. This role also involves resolving service issues, providing product information, and collaborating with operations to meet response-time and shipping commitments.
