About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Patient Representative to join our team at St. Joseph. The Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Position Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Register patients accurately in the electronic system

Verify insurance and collect applicable copays or balances

Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls

Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
