Mammography Hostess

Are you compassionate, detail oriented, and patient focused? We are looking for a Mammography Hostess to support our mammography team by creating a welcoming, calm, and efficient experience for every patient who visits our center.
This role plays an important part in ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit while assisting technologists and maintaining accurate records.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
- Provide excellent customer service and help patients complete required paperwork
- Escort patients to changing areas and assist with gowning as needed
- Check patients in and manage room flow
- Verify physician orders prior to exams
- Work closely with mammography technologists to support exam workflow
- Help calm anxious or upset patients and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow
What You’ll Need
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Comfort working in a clinical healthcare environment
- Medical office or healthcare experience preferred
