Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands — including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx — are seeking a dependable and skilled Executive Assistant who is committed to supporting leadership with professionalism, organization, and discretion in a fast-paced outpatient environment focused on exemplary patient care.
What you DO
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Support leadership with day-to-day administrative needs
What you BRING
- Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, including building reports, creating pivot tables, and developing clear, data-driven visualizations (charts and graphs)
- Strong presentation and design skills, with the ability to create polished, professional PowerPoint materials and executive-level deliverables
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in healthcare or a professional services environment preferred
