Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives for our South Texas region. You'll be instrumental in driving referral growth across diagnostic imaging services, while leading a high-performing sales team and collaborating closely with executive leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the South Texas region, focusing on diagnostic imaging services.
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and key referral sources across Houston, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and nearby areas.
- Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Represent Memorial MRI and Diagnostic at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven leadership experience in business development or sales, preferably within healthcare or diagnostic imaging.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving regional growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies.
