Dental Office Manager – Leadership Opportunity (2 Practices)
We are looking for a strong, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead and support two growing dental practices in San Augustine, TX and Nacogdoches, TX.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, leading a team, and helping a practice grow while maintaining excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support front office and clinical team members
- Manage daily office operations for both locations
- Monitor schedules and help maintain strong production goals
- Support treatment plan acceptance and patient communication
- Oversee insurance processes, collections, and office systems
- Maintain a positive, professional environment for staff and patients
- Help implement efficient systems that allow the practice to grow
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination
- Ability to motivate a team while maintaining a respectful workplace
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities across two locations
