Purpose of role To manage inbound and outbound inventory reconciliations (physical & sap) for all products (raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, point of sale (pos) – as might be assigned. This is to be done efficiently, safely and cost effectively Key accountabilities Annual and monthly stock takes lead and act as the point of contact for annual and monthly stock takes in MOVE (raw materials, POS, finished goods, returns and returnable packaging). Daily stock counts: ensure that daily stock counts are executed in all warehouses in the market every time there is a shift handover. Reporting: reconcile and publish the stock accuracy report (physical vs systems) at an agreed interval period. Returnable packaging: measure and publish the rate of return for all returnable glass in the market daily. Controls: carryout out self-audits on warehouse adherence to EABL ways of brewing, EHS standards in CARM, IAA, ISOS and SFIPP. Skills and Experience required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma, preferably in accounting Computer literacy. Ability to work under agreed timelines and priorities. Good interpersonal skills and convincing personality. Team player. Strong communication skills. Commercial acumen.
