Has the self-confidence to present own ideas and convince other in a motivating way. undefined Top 3-5 Accountabilities: · Posting accruals and support accruals calculation The entity owner is responsible for performing BFC reporting specifically clearing the validation errors, sending standard Publish approval email to FC & getting the pack approved PBC(Prepared by client) should be given by the market for details like employee count League table commenting Align with controls, applicable control is C0177, C0169,C0 174 Perform GL reconciliations, BS analysis Help the team to prepare for external & internal audit (both group and statutory) Update annual statutory reports (BS, CF, PL and appendix). Responsible for daily operational accounting and financial activities. Solves arising issues, liaises with collaborators and with other financial colleagues to address specific issues. Participate to the month-end close, BFC reporting and reconciliation process in accordance with the agreed internal and group timetable. Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of financial records. Working closely with other in-house and local financial teams (Commercial Finance, Costing, BPM, FP&R, Compliance, Cash Cycle, Treasury, Tax, etc…) Liaise with outsource providers and actively participate on the captive migration RTR project. Driving issue resolution, pro-actively seek out better ways of doing things and drive implementation of “simpler, faster, better” processes and ways of working. Proactively suggests improvements/additional control points to build in and takes an active part in operational improvement projects, in implementation and in the follow up. Qualifications and Experience Required: · Graduate in Finance or Accounting · confirmed experience in Accounting for 4 years to 7 years, technical accounting skills is required · Financial Reporting (end to end view of Financial Statement Preparation) · Legal entity controllership · Collaborators management · Process Expertise and improvement · Capable of working in a deadline driven environment. · Experience of working in a multi-national SSC environment · Has customer focus to be able to build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external customers · Hard working personality, flexibility · International (part) qualification (IAS/UK/US GAAP) is an advantage.
