Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for the earliest stage of the sales cycle. This is a high-activity role focused on outbound cold calling. Your goal is to identify potential customers, build initial rapport, and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 80 outbound cold calls daily to generate interest in our services.
- Identify and qualify leads to schedule discovery calls and demos for the AE team.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless hand-off and stay aligned on target accounts.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and "customer-first" attitude, ensuring every prospect has a positive experience with our brand, regardless of the outcome.
- Accurately log call results and prospect information in our CRM.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of SDR experience or transferrable experience.
- Strong verbal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- A high level of resilience and the ability to stay motivated through high volumes of cold outreach.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to help the AE team win.
- Ability to balance aggressive sales targets with a polite, professional demeanor.
