We have an immediate full-time opening for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Associate.
Qualifications required:
> Applicant must have a professional and polite personality in-person and on the telephone
> Applicant must be capable of operating a multi-line telephone system
> Applicant must have strong reading, writing and math skills
> Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment
> Applicant must be proficient in basic computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
> Applicant will be required to learn our Point of Sale System and Warehouse Management System
Responsibilities include:
> Greeting customers in-person and on the phone
> Handling driver delivery paperwork
> Filing miscellaneous paperwork and reports
> Performing various data entry functions
> Responding to internal and external correspondences
> Assisting sales staff with customer orders
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
