We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Restaurant Marketing & Brand Coordinator to lead the marketing efforts for a portfolio of 5 restaurant concepts. This office role is ideal for a hardworking individual who thrives in a hospitality environment and enjoys collaborating with an office team, restaurant managers and ownership to develop impactful marketing systems and promotional plans.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple restaurant concepts.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and ownership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain and manage social media content calendars for all brands.
- Design marketing materials including menus, flyers, social graphics, and promotional assets using Canva or an equivalent tool.
- Plan and promote major holidays, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
- Coordinate with the events team to market private dining and event spaces.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships, including outreach, coordination, and event hosting.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing and promotional events to increase brand awareness and guest traffic.
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee SEO initiatives and perform website maintenance using Squarespace, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and other online listings.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and OpenTable.
- Utilize OpenTable to create and promote special experiences and reservations (a plus).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Stay current with social media and hospitality trends to keep brands competitive and relevant.
- Support various marketing administrative tasks and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Generate creative ideas for promotions, limited-time offers, and community partnerships.
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Squarespace website management.
- Experience with Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and analytics.
- Skilled in Canva with a strong eye for design and branding.
- Experience working with influencers and coordinating marketing events.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and online reputation management.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across several brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with OpenTable and hospitality marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and guest experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
