Position Overview
We are seeking a proven and results-driven General Manager to oversee one of our high-volume restaurants. The General Manager will be accountable for all aspects of operations — from financial performance to team leadership — while ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, effective communicator, and strategic operator with a passion for hospitality and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Oversee P&L performance, labor management, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure operational excellence in guest service, product quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Recruit and develop top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Build strong connections with guests and the Walnut Creek community.
- Drive sales growth through execution of service standards and community engagement.
Qualifications
- 5 years of General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Demonstrated track record of financial success and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
