Job description:We’re seeking dependable, experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. The right candidate takes pride in their work, understands commercial systems, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values its people.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systemsRead and interpret plans and specificationsRun conduit, pull wire, and install panels and fixturesEnsure compliance with NEC and job-site safety standardsWork collaboratively with foremen and project managersQualificationsMinimum 4 years of commercial electrical experienceStrong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamMust have reliable transportation and basic toolsCompany DescriptionWe are a Bay Area–based commercial electrical contractor providing electrical installation and service work across Northern California. We handle a wide range of commercial projects and support our jobs with experienced field crews and a hands-on management team.Our company is employee-owned and structured to support steady growth while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism. We operate as a small team, allowing for clear communication, accountability, and consistent project execution.We employ apprentice and journeyman electricians and support ongoing training and development, including paid schooling for apprentices. Our work is primarily performed during standard weekday hours, with additional opportunities as projects require.
