Front Desk Medical Coordinator
Diabetes, Osteoporosis & Weight Loss Center PLLC is an independent, locally owned specialty medical practice. Our focus is to help people achieve their healthcare goals through direct patient care and community outreach. Being a small practice, we hope to build a close-knit team that works well together.
Location: Bellingham, WA
Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Depends on experience. $20-24 per hour.

We are seeking a friendly and organized person to join our team. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our medical office and assist our patients and other visitors. Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, verifying insurance, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients.
Front Desk Medical Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
- Familiar with medical terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Completion of CDC recommended vaccinations.
Physical Requirements: The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
