Job Description:
- The OAG staffs the most competitive Information Technology and Applications Development teams in the state, and we are seeking talented individuals to help us revolutionize the way Child Support manages workflows and delivers value. The ideal candidate will work on our Document Generation project by developing and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

- Develop, test, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to design and develop new solutions to meet business requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and technical discussions, providing accurate estimates, solution recommendations, and technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications
- Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and code reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications
- Continuously improve the performance and scalability of Salesforce applications
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and standards
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in Salesforce
- Provide analytical support, including data extracts and loading, reports, dashboards, and trend analysis.
- Provide customized solutions through system triggers, workflow, formulas, and automation.
- Maintain and support custom objects, fields, and applications.
- Create and execute queries and reports, maintain user roles, security, and profiles.
