Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Custom Corrugated Packaging

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our custom corrugated packaging team. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the corrugated or packaging industry and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend customized corrugated solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and customer service) to ensure successful project execution
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in corrugated packaging or a closely related industry
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts
• Strong understanding of corrugated products, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network within manufacturing, distribution, or packaging sectors
• Experience working with custom packaging design solutions
• Technical knowledge of packaging engineering or structural design
