Di Peso Contractors Inc is looking to bring on Foreman, bricklayers, masons, operators, mason tenders and laborers. Please see below for the responsibilities of each.
Foreman:
- Coordinate field operations of the project
- Manage crew, equipment, and deliveries
- Work with project managers in house and for the GC
- Daily reporting of timecards and progress
- Ensuring project safety per OSHA
- All duties of a bricklayer
Bricklayer:
- Able to layout work and use a level and mason tools proficiently
- Skilled in laying block, brick, stone, and precast
- Able to clean and joint work
- Assist in grouting of block
- Install flashing, ties, weeps, insulation and all other parts of the masonry system when needed per project
Mason Tender:
- Tending masons with necessary materials
- Building pipe scaffolding and hydro-mobile
- Using mortar and grout mixers
- Cleaning up jobsite
- Assist in grouting of block
- Using demo saw and table top saw
- Willing to learn to operate lull forklift
Operator:
- Set up mortar and grout silos
- Using and maintaining mortar and grout mixers
- Building and maintaing pipe scaffold and hydro-mobile
- Supplying materials to the masons with the lull forklift
- Cleaning up the job using the lull forklift
- Keep track of project inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
