We’re looking for a Business Administrator to take ownership of the administrative backbone of our company.
What This Role Is
This is not a typical administrative role.
The Business Administrator is responsible for leading the systems, processes, and infrastructure that keep DI Labs running effectively—from people operations and financial coordination to vendor relationships and compliance.
You will work directly with executive and operations leadership and play a key role in ensuring the business operates with clarity, consistency, and accountability.
This position is part of the leadership team.
What You’ll Own
People Systems & Employee Programs
- Recruiting coordination, onboarding, and offboarding
- Employee records, HR systems, and documentation
- Benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Performance review process coordination
- HR policies and compliance support
Financial Administration & Accounting Coordination
- Accounts payable and receivable workflows
- Financial documentation and recordkeeping
- Coordination with external accounting partners
- Support for invoicing, payroll documentation, and reporting
- Business filings and renewals
Insurance, Vendors & Administrative Partnerships
- Business insurance coordination and renewals
- Vendor and service provider relationships
- Contract and documentation management
- Administrative partner coordination
Administrative Systems & Office Operations
- Internal documentation and version control
- ISO 9001 and administrative compliance support
- Office operations and facility coordination
- Administrative support across leadership and operations
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in business administration, HR administration, accounting coordination, or operations
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset
- Experience working across multiple business functions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
- Experience supporting ISO 9001 or similar frameworks
