Process Engineer
Role Duration: 6 months, Contract, Full Time.
Location: Onsite, Dallas, Texas, U.S.
Experience needed: 5-8 years
About the Role
We're looking for a Contract Process Engineer to analyze and transform how we communicate and merchandise our Cobrand Card promotions. You'll identify automation opportunities that help our Teams work smarter—not harder—so they can focus on delivering first-class Customer Service to our Customers.
This role is all about rolling up your sleeves, digging into our workflows, and finding ways to make things better. If you love solving puzzles, connecting dots across systems, and making your teammates and customers lives easier, this is for you.
What You'll Do
• Analyze end-to-end Cobrand promotion workflows across Workfront, CMS platforms (OpenText, inflight systems), and Adobe Target personalization
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for asset deployment, personalization rule setup, and offer management
• Streamline approval and communication workflows to reduce manual steps and accelerate time-to-market
• Partner with AEM & Photoshop API capabilities to automate creative asset production
• Document processes, build scalable solutions, and champion continuous improvement

- Discovery / Current-state process documentation and stakeholder interviews / Weeks 1–3
- Analysis / Gap analysis and automation opportunity assessment with prioritized recommendations / Weeks 4–6
- Solution Design/ Detailed automation roadmap with technical requirements, LOE estimates, and business case / Weeks 7–10
- Pilot Implementation / Proof-of-concept or pilot automation for highest-priority workflow(s) / Weeks 11–18
- Transition / Runbooks, training documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal Teams / Weeks 19–24

What You'll Bring
· Experience with marketing workflow tools (Workfront, Adobe Target, OpenText CMS, or similar)
• Understanding of CMS platforms, personalization engines, and creative automation
• A knack for process mapping and identifying inefficiencies
