We are seeking a safety-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator. This role involves safely and efficiently operating a variety of equipment while also performing general labor tasks. Equipment operation will be part of the role, but not the primary focus at the entry level.

We are seeking a safety-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator. This role involves safely and efficiently operating a variety of equipment while also performing general labor tasks. Equipment operation will be part of the role, but not the primary focus at the entry level.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety procedures
- Support daily operations through hands-on labor, including:
- Using hand tools to assist with trench digging and site leveling
- Loading and unloading trucks manually
- Train on a variety of equipment to build skills and experience
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Operate heavy equipment in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate records of equipment checks and performance
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment in safe working condition
- Clean equipment regularly to preserve performance and longevity
- Perform minor repairs and report major issues as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to perform physical labor
- Ability to learn and operate heavy equipment (training provided)
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience working with heavy equipment.
- Possession of commercial driver’s license A.
- Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards.
- Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair pieces of heavy equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment.
- Strong work ethic.

- Doubles and Triples endorsements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
