Minimum Qualifications
- 6–12 months of diesel, automotive, agricultural, heavy equipment, or mechanical experience preferred (trainees encouraged to apply)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliability
- ASE certifications
- Experience using diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting tools
- Experience with fleet maintenance programs
- Experience working on MC331 pressurized tanker equipment
- Class A CDL or the desire to obtain one

Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
- Comfortable working around heavy trucks, trailers, and mechanical systems
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
