An established property management company seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at our premier apartment community in Clarkston, MI. Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartment homes to prospective residents and conduct property tours
- Process rental applications and assist applicants throughout the leasing process
- Prepare lease agreements and facilitate lease signings
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and standard office software
- Experience with AppFolio property management software is a plus
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred
