What You'll Do
- Clean and reset guest rooms to brand standards—beds, bathrooms, surfaces, and amenities
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and towels with care and consistency.
- Maintain laundry room cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly
- Support the team with deep cleaning projects and special requests
- Ensure all guest areas are immaculate, inviting, and ready for check-in
What You Bring
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- A commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and guest satisfaction
