Avid Hotel Ocala Downtown is seeking dependable, detail-driven Housekeeping Room Attendants to help us deliver on the IHG Clean Promise. Opened in 2022, our modern property focuses on consistency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction—and you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest room meets our high brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to brand and cleanliness standards
- Replenish supplies such as linens, amenities, and toiletries
- Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly to management
- Follow proper cleaning and sanitation protocols in line with IHG safety guidelines
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure all guest interactions are friendly, professional, and service-oriented
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
