Payroll Reporting & Data Analyst

Base Salary: $58,000–$60,000 annually

We’re hiring a Payroll Reporting & Data Analyst to help improve payroll-data accuracy, identify discrepancies, automate reports, and translate complex data into practical business insights.

What You’ll Do

• Create and automate payroll reports and dashboards
• Audit and reconcile data across payroll and HR systems
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
• Support compliance and audit activities
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, and HRIS teams
• Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Improve reporting processes and data quality
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of payroll reporting, analysis, audit, or reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with payroll or HRIS data
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Westerville approximately 50% of the time
  
  
  

ADP, Dashboarding, Reporting Automation, And Process-improvement Experience Are Preferred.
